This includes any loss arising from hardware failure, system downtime, or data loss.
AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
DATA & PRIVACY
FORCE MAJEURE
We do not access, store, or retain personal data unless required for setup or service purposes.
Customers are responsible for backing up their data before service.
AGREEMENT
The PC Project is not liable for any delay or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to supply shortages, shipping delays, or unforeseen events.

DEFINITIONS
Product
Refers to any hardware system, component, or device supplied, assembled, or sold by The PC Project, including custom-built systems, pre-built systems, and any associated parts, whether new or classified as QA Approved.
Original Purchaser
Refers to the individual or entity that purchases a Product directly from The PC Project and is listed on the original invoice or proof of purchase.
End User
Refers to the final owner or user of the Product, including any individual or entity who possesses or operates the Product after the original purchase.
Date of Original Retail Purchase
Refers to the date on which the Product was purchased by the Original Purchaser, as indicated on the official invoice issued by The PC Project.
SERVICES
The PC Project provides the following services:

Tech support & upgrades
All services are provided in accordance with customer requirements and approved specifications.
ORDERS, QUOTES & PAYMENTS
A deposit may be required before commencing work on a custom build.

All quotes are valid for 7 days due to fluctuating hardware prices

Full payment must be completed before collection or delivery
No system will be released, delivered, or transferred to the customer until full payment has been received and cleared.
PARTS & COMPONENTS
All components are supplied brand new unless otherwise specified and are covered under their respective manufacturer's warranties.
WARRANTY (ZERO-FAILURE INITIATIVE)
All Products are covered under our Zero-Failure Initiative Warranty Program.
This includes structured testing, validation, and inspection before delivery.

RETURNS & REFUNDS
By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to our Refund Policy.
Returns must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the order.
If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method to ensure transaction security and prevent fraud.
Due to the customised nature of our systems, change-of-mind returns are not accepted once assembly has commenced or been completed. This does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
If the original payment method is no longer available (e.g. a closed account or expired card), we may require confirmation from your financial institution before arranging an alternative refund method.
Refunds will only be processed once the returned product has been assessed and confirmed to meet the applicable return conditions.
DELIVERY & RISK
Customers are responsible for ensuring accurate delivery details and safe receipt of goods.
